Agreement

By booking a tour with Tokyo Voyager, you agree to these terms. We provide guided evening walking tours in Tokyo. We are not a travel agency in the traditional sense — we connect you with experienced local guides who lead small-group walks through specific neighborhoods.

Service

Our service includes: a guide for the full duration of the route, a flashlight for dark alleys, a rain poncho if needed, a printed map of the route, a list of venue recommendations for after the walk, and designated photo stops.

Our service does not include: food or drinks, transportation to the meeting point, or hotel pickup/dropoff.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax. We accept major credit cards and select digital payment methods.

Cancellations

• 14+ days before the walk: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
• 7–13 days before the walk: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel due to severe weather or guide illness. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

Liability

Night walking involves uneven streets, dark alleys, and variable weather conditions. While Tokyo is extremely safe, you are responsible for your own personal safety during the walk. Wear appropriate footwear, watch your step, and follow your guide's instructions.

We are not liable for: personal injury due to inattention, lost or stolen belongings, or food reactions at stops you choose to make independently.

Alcohol Policy

We do not sell or serve alcohol. Some routes pass by bars and nightlife districts, but our tours are cultural walks, not drinking tours. On the Kagurazaka route, we may enter jazz kissa (coffee & jazz listening bars), but alcohol consumption is not part of the tour.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
